The default setting of win7 system NIC causes frequent drop

In the xp system, downloading movies with Thunder or Express is normal, but when switching to win7 system, Thunder or Express download will stop downloading frequently dropped. . After a few days of testing, I realized that this is caused by the default settings of the windwos7 system for NIC power management. Let's see how to solve it together.

In the Control Panel, right-click "Local Connections" and select "“Properties" from the pop-up menu (Figure 1). At this point, the system will appear in the "local connection properties" dialog box, click on the "Configure" button (Figure 2).

Then the system opens the NIC Properties window. In this new window, switch to the “Power Management” option to disable the Windows 7 system by default. “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” (Figure 3).
