1. Press “Win+R” key combination to call out and run In the running, enter “msconfig” and press Enter to open “System Configuration”;

2. In the “System Configuration” window, select the “Boot” tab, then click below. “Advanced Options 

3, in the "Boot Advanced Options" interface, select "Number of Processors", change its drop-down menu to "1" and click OK, then Click OK on the System Configuration screen and restart your computer.
