Win7 system IE browser favorites can not save the common URL how to do?

What should I do if the win7 system IE browser favorites cannot save frequently used URLs?

1. Open the running window of the computer, then type regedit in the window and click Enter. This will open the registry editor window of the computer;

2, in the Registry Editor window, starting from the menu bar on the left, expand the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/UserShell Folders] item;
