First download a partition assistant on the Internet, such as the partition assistant professional version in the picture.

After opening, click the Extended Partition Wizard in the Partition Assistant screen.

If you want to expand the size of the C drive, select "Extend system partition", and expand the rest of the drive letter and click "Select the partition you want to expand".

Then select the disk to be split. If you want to separate the space from the D drive to the C drive, select the D drive.
