How to set up wifi hotspots in win7

1. The most important first step in setting up the wifi hotspot of Win7 system is to know whether your NIC supports the bearer network. If you don't support it, you will veto one trillion. Then you can start the setting of each step in the future. The method of viewing is as follows:

In the CMD, enter: netsh wlan show drivers command, as shown in the figure after running (if the support is displayed as: Yes, if you do not support me, don't want to set win7 wifi hotspot. )

2. If the network card supports the bearer network, you can enter the following wifi settings:

a, run the command prompt as an administrator:

Start → → Command prompt (right click "Run as administrator" “)

b, set virtual WiFi network card:

Run the command at the command prompt: netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode =allow ssid=yourPC key=yourWiFi

This command has three parameters, mode: whether to enable the virtual WiFi network card, or disallow to disable.

ssid: The name of the wireless network, preferably in English (for example, yourPC).

key: wireless network password, more than eight characters (taking yourWiFi as an example).

The above three parameters can be used separately. For example, only mode=disallow can be used to directly disable the virtual Wifi NIC.
