How to use the win7 system computer dot matrix printer:

1. Click Start, find [Devices and Printers] click to enter;

2, select A printer, then click [Printer Server Properties] under the toolbar;

3. In the pop-up interface, first check [Create New Form]----Enter the form name ------ Then enter the paper size width and height you want to set below--------[Save Form]------[Close];

4, Custom Print Paper Size has been Set it up, it needs to be applied to the printer now. Double-click a printer in the same interface, click [Print] in the dialog box for viewing the content being printed---[Properties];

5. Click [Device Settings] in the printer properties to manually feed paper. Select the paper size you set;

6. Click [General] in the printer properties---[Preferences]----[Layout]----[Advanced] Paper Output/Input Selection You have just set the paper size;

7. In practical applications, if you want to print a sheet of paper that you have just set, you can select it in the software. As shown in the figure below, a preview of the paper size to be printed is displayed in WORD 2013.
