Win7 System Word can't open the solution for sending error reports.

Method One:

1. Open my computer and select the menu bar "Tools--Folder Options";

2. In the folder options interface Switch to the “View” item, find and select the "Show hidden files, folders and drives" item under the Advanced Settings section, click OK;

3. Enter on the address bar “C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorApplication DataMicrosoftTemplates”, delete all the files of the Normal word.

Method 2:

1. In the pop-up "When you start Word in safe mode, select "ld"; then create a blank document and click "My Template" ”;

2, delete “ blank document & rdquo;, close the word and then re-open.
