The win7 system can not run the executable file solution

1, press the combination key win+R on the desktop to open the run window, then enter "ldacks", enter the confirmation. After opening the Notepad tool, enter the following:
Windows registry editor version 5.00

[hkey-classes-root.exepersistenthandler]

As shown below:
2 , then press Ctrl+A to open the Save As window. In the "Save As" dialog box that opens, set the save path, then enter the file name <;hh.reg” in the “filename” text box, and click “Save”, as shown below:
3, then double-click the file you just created, a registry editor warning box will pop up, we just click “ is & rdquo;, as shown below:
After completing the above operation, when We will not pop up the prompt when we run the executable again.
