Win7 system can not access the shared printer how to do

            The printers in the office are generally shared by several people. Generally, printer sharing is used to achieve multi-person operation. However, many people have responded that win7 64-bit is correctly set. After the printer is shared, other computers cannot access it. The following solutions are arranged according to various originals, and I hope to help everyone.
Question 1. Prompt to enter account and password to access
Analysis: This is because the guest account is not enabled, it can be enabled.
Solution: Start -> Control Panel -> User Account and Home Security - > Add or Remove Account -> Guest -> Enable.
Question 2, Prompt for access without permission
Analysis: Guest permissions are not open, allowing Guest to access this computer.
Solution:
1) Enter "ldped;gpedit.msc" in the beginning to open the local Group Policy Editor;
2) Select Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policy -> User Rights Assignment -> Refuse to access this computer from the network and delete the Guest.
Generally, the shared printers that are caused by the above two methods cannot be accessed. After setting the above methods, other computers can be connected normally!
