Why did the Windows 7 just install a blue screen

Many friends have asked if their own graphics card in Windows 7 is not ATI, why there is atIEclxx.exe process.

What is atIEclxx.exe?

atIEclxx.exe is a program of ATI graphics card catalyst, it is only an auxiliary function, let ATI's graphics card better performance, not a driver.

There are many ATI graphics card is not a friend, Bahrain after Windows 7 blue screen, it may be caused by atIEclxx.exe.

(I used ATI graphics card, installed Windows 7 no blue screen, so I am not sure)

If you just installed Windows 7 system blue screen, you may wish to close atIEclxx.exe this program
