{Hello,

This problem is because you have installed a three-party software After that, the module 1309210131.dat installed is incompatible with IE.

You can run regedit to open the registry editor, look for 1309210131.dat

in the path HKEY_CLASS_ROOT\\CLSID\\{XXXXXXXXX}\\InprocServer32\\, you should be able to find and related to 1309210131.dat Item.

Remove all items {XXXXXXX}.

{XXXXXX} should be similar to 1309210131, and there may be several different numbers. }

So the solution is to find 3045130309.dat to delete its previous item {XXXXXXXXX}. (Not necessarily under the above mentioned [HKEY_CLASS_ROOT\\CLSID])
