Win 7 command prompt environment DOS command failure how to do

Q: I don't know what happened in the past few days, my Windows7 enters the command prompt state, no matter what DOS command is executed, it prompts: "** is not internal Or an external command, nor a runnable program or batch file." Is this phenomenon poisoned?

A: It is not poisoned, but some software has modified the value of PATH.
You try this: right click on my computer → Properties → Advanced System Settings → Environment Variables, see what is inside the PATH value? For example, some software will be changed to C:\\PRogram Files (x86)\\StormII\\Codec; C:\\Program Files (x86)\\StormII, and the real system file address will be deleted.
Now you add %SystemRoot%\\System32;%SystemRoot% to the value of PATH; this solves the problem.
