Remove the extra boot menu from the Windows 7 operating system

If you install Windows 7 to overwrite the installation without formatting the C drive, the installer prompts to keep the original system as a folder, but can not log in to the original system! I deleted that folder and freed up the hard disk space. But now every time the system login interface must choose the system to enter, one is Windows 7, one is the original system. How to remove the boot menu and go directly to Windows 7?

There are two ways to solve this problem. They are graphical interface methods and command line methods.

Graphic interface method:

Click “Start→Run”, enter msconfig and confirm, you can modify the options of the boot menu in the Boot tab.

Command Line Method:

Run "Command Prompt" in "Admin Mode" and use the bcdedit command to modify the name of the Windows 7 menu item: bcdedit /set {default} description "Windows 7 ".
