Open the registry Tools, view key:

There is a DWORD value for OEMBackground, this DWord value is boolean, which means that if the value is 1, this function is already on, if the value If it is 0, it is off state. (Note: This key value does not necessarily exist according to RPWT.) If there is no new one, it is not guaranteed to have effect.

After changing the key value, also determine what the ratio of your main display is. For example, my desktop resolution is 1920×1200, then my ratio of width to height is 1.6:1. The reason for determining this step is to show that the effect is not stretched or deformed. The Windows system can also determine how to select the corresponding size image by resolution, and the system will only support the resolution shown below.

All custom images should be placed in the "%windir%system32oobeinfobackgrounds" folder (no such folder, create a new one), currently supports the following resolutions, determine how much resolution you want, you will want Put the picture into the folder and change the name as shown below. (You only need one picture of your current resolution size). If your resolution is 1280×1024, change the picture of the corresponding resolution to “background1280×1024.jpg”.
