Backup using RNR software under Win7 system prompts backup unsuccessful

  

Problem Description:

Use pre-installed lenovo enhanced backup and recovery (Rescue and Recovery) backup to prompt backup is not successful

Solution:

This situation is generally due to the residual RNR backup under the C drive. You can try to delete the RRbackups folder under the C drive. The method is as follows:
1. Open the C drive and click on the organization. -----Folder and search options, select "Show all files" under the View column and uncheck the "Hide protected system files (recommended)" item;
then in the root directory of the C drive The RRbackups folder can be seen below, but it cannot be deleted. You need to add permissions to the folder.

2, right-click on the RRbackups folder and select Properties.
