Win8.1 system application store 0X80246007 error solution

What should I do when I use the Win8.1 system application store to install and update the program error code 0X80246007? The following small series will introduce the solution for everyone.

The main reason for this problem is caused by the temporary folder location of IE11 browser. We can:
1. Open the browser, click the tool in the upper right corner, and select Internet option.
2. Click on the settings under Browsing History.

3. Click on the mobile folder and click on the C drive (choose the same path as in the screenshot, i-susien should be your own username, others similar), press OK.

4. Confirm if the problem is solved.
