Win7/Win8.1 wireless network connection limited solution

In daily computer use, we often encounter network failures, and the characteristics of network failures are complicated and consistent, so it is very difficult to solve. This article summarizes some of the solutions for wireless network limited faults under Win7/Win8.1, for everyone to try:
Idea 1: Check whether the network and router signals are unblocked
First, confirm whether the network is in arrears, wireless router lines Whether the connection is good and the wireless network signal transmission is normal.
If it is determined to be a router problem, you may wish to restart the router or restore the router's settings to the factory state.
At the same time, if you can, please update the wireless router firmware and the computer's wireless network adapter driver to the latest version.
Idea 2: Check the status of the network service
Start the operation by Winkey+R, type “services.msc” to start the service management window. Confirm the network service status such as DNS Client, DHCP Client, and IP Helper (it is enabled by default), and then restart the computer.
Idea 3: Check the IP address and DNS server address
1. Right-click the wireless network icon on the right side of the taskbar and select “Open Network and Sharing Center” (also found in Control Panel);
2. In the Network and Sharing Center window, click to view the right side of the active network status. “Connections”;
3. In the WLAN Status window, select “Attributes”;

For a wireless network with an IP address and DNS server address bound, enter the specified IP address and DNS server address.
Thinking 4: Using the built-in diagnostic tool of the system
The wireless network diagnostic function that comes with the system is still very useful. It can locate network problems and give partial repair.
Enable the system's built-in diagnostic tool, just select "Diagnostics" in the above WLAN status window, and then follow the steps.
Idea 5: Reset Network Connections
Run the command prompt as an administrator and enter the following command:
• NETSH INT IP RESET
• NETSH WINHTTP RESET PROXY
• IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
After each line of input is completed, press the Enter key to confirm, and the network connection can be reset after the execution is completed.
Idea 6: Reset Winsock
Xiaobian has accidentally deleted the Winsock key in the registry, resulting in limited network connection prompts, so when the network is normal, back up the registry just in case.
Winsock key location:
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesWinsock
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesWinSock2
