How to create IE icon shortcuts in Windows 8.1

For users who have been in the xp era for a long time, IE is very familiar. But when it comes to Win8.1, the user's incompatibility is highlighted. There is only a recycle bin on the Win8.1 desktop. There are no other desktop IE icons. Many users can't find IE when they open the webpage. So how does Win8.1 retrieve the shortcut of the IE desktop icon?
First step: Right click on the empty location of Win8.1 desktop, and then select -> New-> shortcut key as shown below:

Second Step: After entering the Create Shortcut interface, we click “Browse”, as shown below:

Step 3: After clicking Browse, we expand -> Computer -> Local Disk C (System Disk) -> Program Files -> Internet Explorer folder, then select the iexplore shortcut inside, after selecting, click OK below, as shown below:
