How does Windows 8 enable allocation access?

In the first step, swipe in from the right edge of the screen, click "Set", and then click "Change PC Settings".
(If you are using a mouse, point to the lower right corner of the screen, then use the mouse pointer Move up, click "Set", then click "Change PC Settings".)
Step 2, click or click "Account", "Other Account", then click Or click "Set the account used to assign access".
Step 3, click or click "Select Account", and then tap or click the standard account you want to use to assign access, click or single Click "Select Application", and then tap or click the app you want the standard account to use.
Step 4, restart your computer and log in using the selected standard account. When you log in with this account, you can only use one app.
