What if the win8 system can't find Bluetooth?

First, since you are installing a new system, the first reason is probably that the Bluetooth driver is not installed. Go to the Device Manager and check the Bluetooth status to see if you can see the Bluetooth device in the Device Manager. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, it is a driving problem.

Second, there is a separate Bluetooth switch in the Win8 system. You can check if the flight mode is enabled and whether the Bluetooth switch is turned off.

Third, the Bluetooth service startup item is closed. Sometimes the third-party security software optimizes the boot-up item and turns off the Bluetooth service startup item. The Bluetooth startup item is the Bluetooth Support Service, and it can be turned on in the security software. You can also boot directly from your computer. The method is as follows:
First run the window and enter “lds;services.msc” to open the service settings. In the service settings window, find the “Bluetooth Support Service” service, right click on the Bluetooth service and open “Attributes”. .

Secondly, click the right mouse button on the Bluetooth service, open “property", select the startup type as “manual”, click on the service status “start”, start this service.

Third, it is also possible to turn off the Bluetooth in your computer bios. In some computers, bios can switch Bluetooth, shut down into bios, and see if the USB Setup has the Bluetooth option in the Devices option. Set this option to Enabled.
