What if Win8 can't open this app?

1. Press [Win+R] to dial out [Run], enter [gpedit.msc] in the box and click [OK] to enter the local group policy editor.

2, in the Group Policy Editor, expand [Computer Configuration]---[Windows Settings]---[Security Settings]----[Local Policies]---[Security Options], Find [User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Account] on the right.

3. Double-click to open [User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Account] and change it to [Enabled]. After confirming, restart the computer.

4. Verify it. Try opening the album. Figure:
