How to enable network discovery in Windows 8

1. Under the system, press and hold the “Windows logo" and “X” keys on the keyboard, and open the “Control Panel” in the shortcut window of the system tool. Refer to the following figure

2. In the “Control Panel”, select “Network and Internet”. Refer to the following figure

3, click “Network and Sharing Center”. Refer to the following figure

4. In the "Network and Sharing Center", select “Change Advanced Sharing Settings”. Refer to the following figure

5, there are different configuration files in different network locations. For example, in the office and other places, “work network” is generally “dedicated”, click the V icon to expand, and click “Enable Network Discovery” in the current network configuration file. Refer to the following figure

6, such as in the family or public places "public network", etc. belong to "guests or private", click the V icon to expand, in the current network configuration file Click “Enable Network Discovery”. Refer to the following figure
