What should I do if Windows 8 Device Manager displays an exclamation mark?

  
In the “Device Manager”, there is an unmounted “Bluetooth Peripheral” that displays an exclamation point or question mark.




1, find the "Devices and Printers" in the "Control Panel", "

2, find the links in "Devices" Right click on the Bluetooth device and click on "Properties";

3. Select "Hardware" to see the unmounted "Bluetooth peripherals";

4. “Services  Afterwards, you can see the services required for the features supported by the device. The un-installed Bluetooth peripherals are caused by the successful installation of these services. You can find the Bluetooth driver of the device yourself after installation. Or use the method in the figure below to cancel the service of some functions, and then no longer appear in the device manager.
