Where is the Windows 8 system control panel and computer set

  
In Windows 8 and Windows RT, there are several different ways to find and change your settings: "Control Panel>,“Set"Super Button, "Computer Settings> & "Search” . Most of the settings you want to change can be found in “Computer Settings”.

Open the “Computer Settings" method
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to the middle. Click “Settings", then click “Change PC Settings”.

Enter a word or phrase in the search box, click or click “Set”, Then select from the results list.
