How Windows 8 enters safe mode

  
In Windows 8 Consumer Preview, you can enter safe mode by pressing F8 or Shift+F8, but the settings are more complicated. There are two ways to enter safe mode.
The first method:
1, Windows+R key combination to open the run box, enter msconfig, press Enter.

2, open the "Boot" tab, check the box under "Secure Boot" and "boot option."

3, select the type of security
activated (1) the minimum (standard security mode)
(2) the other housing (with a security mode command prompt)
(. 3) Active directory
(4) Network (with network security mode)
Generally, choose 1 minimum or 4 network security mode, then restart the computer to enter safe mode and want to return to normal mode. If you only need to restore the above settings in safe mode, you can cancel the security boot. The steps are the same as above.
The second method:
Press SHIFT+F8 while booting to enter safe mode.

multi-system into Safe Mode:
1, change the default value or choose other options on the multi-boot menu.

2, choose "Select Other Options" after entering the option.

3, then click the "Troubleshooting" into the next screen.
4. After entering the troubleshooting interface, select "Advanced Options".

5, the next and then select "Windows Startup Settings."

6, and finally click the bottom right of the restart, reboot into safe mode automatically.
