Solution

In the first step, press Win+R, enter “ldped;gpedit.msc” in the running command that appears, and press Enter.

In the second step, open the local group policy interface, open the “User Configuration” in the left panel, and then expand “Manage Template” to find and click on the secondary menu. “System”, click to select the subordinate "Ctrl+Alt+Del option", find and double-click "Delete&" task manager "” in the right window.
