How to make Win8 system install KB2919355 patch successfully

Windows system installation update patches sometimes have some problems. Previously, users indicated on the Internet that his Windows 8.1 computer could not install the system patch code-named KB2919355. How to solve this problem?

The Windows 8.1 update (KB2919355) cannot be installed. The following patches must be installed in the following order: KB2919442, KB2919355, KB2932046, KB2937592, KB2938439, KB2934018, all of which can be installed later, which is KB2919355. It is probably installed at 99%, and then it will not move for a few hours. It’s been like that, and it’s not an error.

This problem may be caused by third-party software interference or system component damage.

It is recommended to uninstall the third-party anti-virus software firewall, and then update the system components.

Method 1: Repair System Components

Use the Inbox Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool to fix updates

In the "Search” box, type &ldquo ; command prompt & rdquo;, right click on “ command prompt & rdquo;, then click “ run as administrator & rdquo;. If you receive an administrator password prompt or a confirmation prompt, type your password or click “Allow”.

Type the following commands and press Enter after typing each command. Note: Each command operation may take a few minutes to complete.

•DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

•DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

3. Close the command prompt And then run Windows Update again.

Method 2:

Clean boot to eliminate three-way interference:

1. Press Win + R at the same time, enter msconfig, enter

2. In the “System Configuration” dialog box, on the “Services” tab, tap or click to select the “Hide all Microsoft services” checkbox, then tap or click “all disabled”. (If you enable fingerprint recognition, please do not turn off the related services)

3. On the <quo;Startup" tab of the "System Configuration" dialog box, click “Open Task Manager ”.

4. On the Task Manager's "Startup" tab, for each launch item, select the launch item and click “Disable”.

5. Close “Task Manager”.

6. On the "Startup" tab of the "System Configuration" dialog box, click “OK" and restart the computer.

Steps to return to normal startup:

1. Press Win + R at the same time, type msconfig, enter

2. On the “General” tab , tap or click the “normal startup” option.

3. Tap or click the "Services" tab and clear the checkbox next to "Hide all Microsoft services", then tap or click “all enable”.

4. Next, tap or click the “Start” tab, then tap or click “Open Task Manager”.

5. In the Task Manager, enable all launchers, then tap or click “OK”.

6. If you are prompted to restart your computer, tap or click “restart”.

The above is unable to solve the Windows 8.1 system update KB2919355 workaround patch. As the officially launched operating system, Windows 8.1 has such problems that may be difficult to avoid. I hope that Microsoft can speed up its improvement.
