Solve Win8.1 Safe Boot is not properly configured

First, go to the start screen and enter gpedit.msc to start the computer management screen (make sure you have administrator privileges).

Click on the "Computer Configuration" section of the "Administrative Templates" and double-click on the "All Settings" option on the right.

Scroll down to find "Use Enhanced Startup Configuration Data Verification File" and double click, select the "Enable" option, click “Apply” and restart your computer.

If your BIOS menu has a secure boot option, make sure it is turned on, and that's it.
