Symptom:

When Win8 uses a wireless device (wireless mouse, wireless keyboard, other wireless devices, etc.), it cannot be recognized after plugging in the device. Unknown Device appears in the device manager, and the USB cannot be recognized. The device and the driver cannot be installed normally.

Cause Analysis:

This problem is usually caused by a device failure, a USB interface, or the system Plug and Play service is turned off.

Solution:

Please open the Control Panel ——Administrative Tools——Services——Only need to turn on the Plug and Play service (making the computer have few or no users) Hardware changes can be identified and adapted to the input. Terminating or disabling this service can cause system instability.) If the default is on, disable and then turn it back on.

Then Device Manager —— uninstalled the Unknown Device device, unplugged the wireless device, restarted the computer, plugged in the wireless device, and installed the driver.
