Reason for failure:

ADSL access: ADSL MODEM physical connection is not good; Modem parameter setting has problems, such as VPI/VCI setting is different from equipment; computer firewall blocks network; ADSL port fault in equipment room; ADSL Modem fault; customer uses router reason .

FTTX+LAN: The network cable is not well connected; the switch is faulty; the computer firewall blocks the network; the computer room port is faulty; the customer uses the router.

FTTH: The fiber connection is not good; the optical cat is faulty; the computer firewall blocks the network; the computer room port is faulty; the customer uses the router.

You can also use the voice line directly to the MODEM device without a voice splitter, or directly test whether the call is made normally.

LAN access: Common causes are power failure of the switch and faulty network cable.

a There is a router or switch, it is recommended to remove, broadband connection test.

b Unplug the network cable, disable the local connection enabled, or restart the computer test.
