Case Analysis Win2003 System Problems and Solutions

We always hope to dig deep into the system's ability to make our computer run more quickly and efficiently. Even so, the Win2003 system, which is known for its security and stability, still can't. To meet our needs, especially in the process of using, it is inevitable to encounter a variety of problems, and now analyze the problem with various examples.

Case 1: Saved and not recognized by Win2003

When a newly purchased flash drive is inserted into a computer with Windows Server 2003 operating system, it is found that the system cannot recognize it. At first, I thought that the flash drive was broken. Later, after careful review, I found that the Windows Server 2003 operating system had the suspicion of “deception”, that is, the device inserted into the system afterwards, Windows Server 2003 sometimes recognizes, sometimes can not Identification.

The solution is as follows:

●The system's "Start" menu, followed by "Control Panel", “ <;Administrative Tools>, “Computer Management>, “ The Disk Management & rdquo; command, in the subsequent window, you will find the "Removable Disk" option.

● Right click on the “Removable Disk” option and select the “Open” option in the shortcut menu to access the contents of the flash drive.

● You can also perform various operations on any of these contents, such as copying, cutting, moving, deleting, pasting, etc. The method can only see the contents of the flash memory, but can not let the system recognize the system drive letter corresponding to the flash disk. To do this, you can return to the “Disk Management” interface and select the “Removable Disk” option again. Click the "Change drive letter and path" option in the right mouse button menu, as shown in Figure 1.

●In the window that appears, execute the "Add ” command and will" Assign drive letter & rdquo; Check, from the drop-down list corresponding to this option, specify a drive letter for the flash drive, and then click “ OK & rdquo;. Go back to the "My Computer" or "Resource Manager" window and you will see an additional drive letter in the window, which is actually the one you just recognized.
