What if the Win10 sleep function is not available?

  

Some users who upgraded from Win7/Win8.1 to Win10 may have experienced the problem of system sleep after the upgrade, "disappear", no sleep function can be found in the control panel or the Modern settings page. The cause of the problem may be the group policy configuration problem, then you can refer to the following solutions.



Note that since Windows10 Home Edition system does not contain the Group Policy feature, so this method applies only to Win10 Professional /Enterprise Edition.

• First search for “Group Policy” in the Cortana search box, press Enter to open “Group Policy Editor”;

• Expand“ computer

Double-click to set both options to “not configured”


After setting, you can see the sleep function in the settings.
