How to find the Control Panel in Windows8 system

The Control Panel panel of the Metro interface disappears and you have to find a way back. As we said before, the Metro interface shortcuts exist in the X:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs folder ( X is the system disk drive letter), hide the folder, you need to set it to display. After the Control Panel disappears, its shortcut will disappear from the folder. All we have to do is get this shortcut back. At this time, some members will say, create a new shortcut, yes, this This is a good method. We also introduced this method in the previous post. Today we don't need this method. We use the Windows 8 search function to find the shortcut of the Control Panel.

Operation steps

Open the system disk, my C drive, enter the Control Panel in the search box, and wait for its search to complete.

In the search results, there are four Control Panel and one Immersive Control Panel shortcuts. Let's copy any of the four Control Panel shortcuts to X:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\ Below the Programs, this time look at the Metro interface, does the Control Panel icon appear?

But our purpose is not here, the purpose of my step is to let everyone understand one thing, the shortcut can be found by searching, copy it to the above folder.

Next we copy the shortcut of the Immersive Control Panel (this is the shortcut we are looking for & ldquo; immersive control panel) to the above folder, then return to metro, Control The Panel is back and can be used normally after testing.

A lot of friends will find that the Control Panel of the metro interface suddenly disappears when tossing the Win8 system. It is suddenly disappearing without a head or tail! Some students reported that they probably used the optimization software. Win8 Cool also reminds everyone here that Win8 is still in the developer preview stage, even the most basic drivers are not complete, and the compatibility with the software is even less. Said, it is unlikely that you will play games on Win8 again! Optimization software has not seen Windows 8 and how can I optimize Windows 8? So please try not to experience Win8 try to optimize it
