After upgrading to Win10, HP printers can't be used to solve

. Many users who use HP printers have reported that after upgrading computer
to Win10 system, many users have problems with the printer being unable to use. The Microsoft official also provides related solutions, so how to solve the specific solution?
Recommended: System reinstallation software

This kind of problem is usually caused by the driver problem. Microsoft explained that this is because the related software has not been successfully migrated after upgrading to Win10. The system will give “HP ENVY”. The e-All-in-One printer failed to install, you need to remove the HP printer driver software from the system and reinstall it. In the MSDN related page, Microsoft gave detailed steps, as follows:
Delete HP printer driver and software:
1. If your printer has been connected to the computer via USB, disconnect the USB connection;
2. Open Control Panel — Programs and Features (Uninstall or Change Application);
3. Find the HP printer in the software list and uninstall it;
4. Restart the computer.
Reinstall the printer driver:
1. Open the HP printer;
2. Connect the printer to the computer;
3. Download the HP printer driver.
4. Install the driver after downloading (can also be installed directly using the driver installation assistant provided by HP);
Restart the computer and printer:
1.Press the power button on the printer to turn it off;
2 Turn off all programs running on the computer, restart the computer;
3. Turn on the printer;
4. Try to print the document to confirm that the printer is back to normal operation.
If you can't use the HP printer after upgrading the Win10 system, then most of the drivers are caused. Try installing the driver again.
