We all know that the shared folder must be in the same workgroup, right click on the computer and select "Attributes", select "Large on the left" System Settings & rdquo;, in the pop-up window, switch to & ldquo; computer name & rdquo;, click & ldquo; change & rdquo;, then enter the work group you want to join in the pop-up "Workgroup" option.
●Setting the working group Step 4: Turning on the Win7 folder sharing function
When sharing a folder in Windows 7, right click on the folder to be shared and select the attribute, select “Share”, Click on “Advanced Sharing" below and select Share this folder in the pop-up window.

The firewall may cause LAN files to be inaccessible. Go to "Network & Sharing Center", click "Windows Firewall", in the "Windows Firewall" window that opens, click "Open or Close Windows Firewall" command in the window that opens. Select the "Close Windows Firewall" option and click "OK" to save.
● Close the firewall Step 6: Enable the Win7 folder sharing rule
After the firewall is closed, in the “Advanced Settings” on the left side of the "Firewall Settings" interface, in the "Inbound Rules" and <;Outbound Rules> These two rules find the "File and Printer Sharing" option, and set all of their options to “Enable Rules”.
Step 7: Set Win7 File Sharing Permissions
In Windows 7, you need to set the sharing permissions of the folder to achieve file sharing. View the properties of the shared file, then switch to the "share" tab, click “Advanced Share", open the “Advanced Share” dialog box, click “Add in "Permissions" ”→“Advanced”→“Search Now”. Then select “Everyone” in the search results and set the user's operation permissions as needed.
The eighth step: open the Win7 NTFS format file permissions
Windows7 we use the disk format for NTFS, you also need to set the NTFS format permissions. Right-click on the folder you want to share, select “Properties"→“Security", in the “group or username">"edit”, then click “add” “ Enter the object name to select ” enter “Everyone”point“OK”
●Set NTFS file permission settings and restart. The above eight steps are not necessary, but the solution is to solve the problems that may occur on all computers. If some settings in the middle have been completed, skip it. Through the above method, it can solve the problem that the computer of the XP system in the LAN accesses the Windows 7 shared file cannot be opened. If there is still a problem, please ensure that the computer sharing setting of the XP system is correct.
