How to change the color of the Windows 10 window title bar

The specific steps are like this, click to download the file and then extract the file. After the extraction is complete, copy the files to the Windows\\Resources\\Themes folder on the system disk, as shown in the following figure.

After copying, double-click on the "windows" file to apply the color to the title bar. If you want to change the color, you can change the theme color in the personalization menu, you can choose the color you want to change the theme bar.
This process is quite simple, I don't know why Microsoft has not added this feature to Windows 10 systems.
