WIN8 permissions: Photoshop and Fireworks can't drag pictures to workspace

Fireworks is my usual image processing software, Photoshop
is spare (well, I don't use it), but since installed After Windows
8, you can't directly drag the image to Photoshop
or Fireworks workspace, which seriously affects work efficiency, which is unscientific and absolutely not allowed, even if I have to change the system!

Then, of course, I put G to search. At first I used Fireworks as one of the keywords to search. No one mentioned this …… this …… well, everyone likes PS, put Fireworks Changed to Photoshop and searched again, came: permission question
