Win7 open letter USER32.dll error solution

After installing the latest Fetion 2010 under Windows
7 system, encountered such a problem: the first time you start Fetion everything is normal, and then shut down again after starting Unable to run, always prompt “ Unable to locate the program input point DwmHintDxUpdate on the dynamic link library USER32.dll ”. In fact, the solution is very simple, just the following three steps:
