The Windows team said that it has received user reports and feedback, but more users are required to send application diagnostics to determine the scope of the problem.

There is a temporary solution, which is to clear or reset the Windows Store cache. You only need one command. The steps are as follows:

• Start menu right click, click Run

• Enter the command: wsreset, press OK

• and wait a few minutes to complete.

After cleaning up the Windows Store Cache, it should be able to solve some application flashback issues, but some of the application flashbacks may be related to the Win10 first anniversary update system compatibility, developers need to update the application and adapt the latest version of Win10 system. The Microsoft WIndows team will also continue to investigate the issue.
