Surface users should never upgrade Win10 build 14279: there is a frozen screen BUG

This article has just introduced the new features of the Windows 10 desktop new preview version of Build 14279. However, for the beta version, bugs are inevitable, but the problems encountered by Surface seem to be more serious.

According to foreign media reports, some Surface users (Surface Book, Surface Pro, etc.) who have upgraded to the latest preview have experienced freezing screen problems.

In other words, the picture is sluggish and unresponsive, the Surface Book, Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro 4 will hang, and any input (keyboard, trackpad or touch) will stop working. The current temporary solution is only Press and hold the power button to perform a hard restart.

The BUG also received a response from Microsoft. They responded and are investigating the issue and fixing it as soon as possible.
