After upgrading Win10, see Tencent video card, no response solution

Now many users have upgraded the computer system to the official version of Win10. However, after the upgrade is successful, some problems will arise. For example, if a user finds that the Tencent video client is used, there will be a situation of stagnation and no response. The other players have no problems, and the network speed is also very normal. What is going on here? Xiaobian studied for a long time, finally found two ways, let's take a look at the specific solution together, for reference only!

Method one:

1, may be caused by the system upgraded patches. On the Start menu, right click and select Control Panel to open. As shown, click on the Control Panel here to open.

2. In the control panel, open the uninstaller here and click here.

3. In the Programs and Features window, click on the left to view the installed update options as shown.

4, find the update patch KB3132372, this is Microsoft's latest patch update to fix the security vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player. After we find it, click to uninstall the patch, as shown in the figure, find After uninstalling.

5. After uninstalling, Xiaobian found that running the Tencent video client had no previous problems. The reason is unknown.

Method 2:

1. It may be caused by the compatibility of Tencent video client to Windows10. Right click on the Tencent video to open the property.

2, in the properties window, we choose compatibility, try running the program in compatibility mode, as shown.
