Win8.1 boot error pniopcac.exe error what to do?

  

Win8.1 system installs STEP7 Micro/Win V4.0 SP9. After installation, it will prompt Assertion every time you boot! As shown below.

Abort:debugger gets invoked.

This is a separate PNIO stack for each identified Ethernet interface in the Microsoft Windows operating system. The pniopac is set in Set PC/PG. The problem is that you have checked out the useless, or wrong, or non-existent adapters.

Method 1: If STEP7

1 is installed, open Set PC/PG-

2 in the panel, and switch to the “PNIO Adapter” tab.

3. Use the adapter you are not using and click OK.

4, restart PG /computer.

If you don't find the PNIO adapter mentioned in Part 2, uninstall the unused network card on the right side. As shown below


Method 2:

1, click the start button at the bottom left of the desktop to select Run

2, enter services.msc in the run. Confirm the following picture

3, SIMATIC IEPG Help service and S7TraceserviceX in the service item, as shown in the red box below

4, double click above For the two services, change the startup type to manual or forbidden in the pop-up menu, as shown in the red box below.


5, then restart the computer.
