Login to the remote Windows 7 system host today and found the following error: To log in to this remote computer, you must be granted permission to log in through Terminal Services. By default, members of the "Remote Desktop Users" group have this privilege. If you are not a member of the "Remote Desktop Users" group or other group that has this privilege, or if the "Remote Desktop Users" group does not have this privilege, you must grant these permissions manually. After finding a solution in the search, I would like to share it with you.

1. First of all, we use the shortcut key win+R on the remote windows computer to open the “Run” window. In the "Run" window, type cmd to open the "Command Prompt" window.

2. Enter the gpedit.msc command directly in the “Command Prompt” window to open the “Local Group Policy Editor”.

3. Click on <;Computer Configuration>-->“Windows Settings>-->“Security Settings”- in the “Local Group Policy Editor” ->“User Rights Assignment”.

4. In the “User Rights Assignment” view, look for “Deny Login via Remote Desktop Service” and double-click to open it.

5. In the “Reject Login via Remote Desktop Service” property window, check whether there are Remote Desktop Users and the domain user account that needs to be logged in. If yes, delete it.

6, then in the "User Rights Assignment" view, look for "Allow login via Remote Desktop Services" and double-click to open it.

7. In the "Allow login through Remote Desktop Services" property window, check whether there are Remote Desktop Users and domain user accounts that need to be logged in. If not, please add them.

8. For example, here we add a yyy user account (note that the yyy account itself exists), click the “OK” button.

9. Then, remotely log in to the host with another host, enter the corresponding ip address, username and password and click “OK”.

10. Finally, you will find that you can log in to the remote host normally. This solves the problem that you cannot log in.
