Error Cause:

The Routing and Remote Access service was not configured to receive calls as a RAS server.

Solution:

To enable the Routing and Remote Access server to receive RAS calls, follow these steps:

1. Double-click Network from the Control Panel.

2. Click Services, click Routing and Remote Access, and then click Properties.

3. Click on the port or you want to enable the call you want to receive, click Configure, and then select the port that receives the call for the RAS server.

4. When you click OK and then restart your computer, you are prompted.
