How WinXP Turns on Speech Recognition System for Speech Recognition Based on Accent

The WinXP system comes with a voice recognition system. This voice recognition system can perform voice recognition through your accent. After all, it is a machine. Although it will encounter recognition errors, the accuracy is relatively high. Of course, you must have the full version of the WinXP system installed, otherwise you may not be able to find the speech recognition system. So how do we quickly use the speech recognition system?

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Voice.

2. Click the Speech Recognition tab and then click the speech recognition engine you want to use in the Language box.

3. Click the profile you want to use in the Identify Profiles group. Training is engine and configuration specific, so training one engine or profile set does not affect any other engine or profile set.

4. Click on the training profile and follow the instructions in the < Sound Training Wizard”. Not all engines support training. If your engine does not support training, the Training Profile option will not be available.

This way you can enable the WinXP speech recognition system. In the future, as long as you accurately say the program you want to use in the microphone, the voice recognition system will automatically turn it on. Of course, WinXP voice recognition has not been as accurate as a mobile phone, so this function is relatively tasteless. Interested friends try it out.
