Windows Mobile Center can not open the solution

Windows Mobile Center is a management fast channel in the windows system, but I don't know why I can't open this thing with the shortcut key win+x or the control panel. How can I open the Windows Mobile Center?

1. Step 1: Press the shortcut key WIN+R and enter gpedit.msc to start the group policy.

2, the second step: in the user configuration - management template - windows components - find [windows mobile center]

3, the third step: double-click to enter [windows Mobile Center]

4, Step 4: You can see the setting of [Close Windows Mobile Center] inside, double-click to change it to unconfigured or disabled.

5, the fifth step: back to the user configuration - management template - windows component - windows resource manager, find [close windows + x hotkey] inside, double click to disable or Not configured.

6, the sixth step: This way you can use the win+x to start the Windows Mobile Center, set the wireless, power or screen brightness settings.

Note: If the system is streamlined, it may cause the mobile center to be lost. This will only reinstall the system.
