Solve the problem of Win10 9860 CPU occupying high resources

  

The original preview version was upgraded to WMC version, and I found that I can't accept the 9860 update. So I used the 9860 iso recovery to upgrade and install. The result is the WMC version of 9860...and then the new installation, some toss on the 9860 Boat.

There are common problems between these two versions: the CPU will occupy up to 50% of resources without human operation! In addition, the usual online viewing of the barrage video, it is called a card, the browser is more open a web page is also a card, not to mention the game.

Therefore, I found the culprits under the task manager. The result is this guy: DiagTrack Diagnostics Tracking Service

The system is finally cleaned after the service is removed.

In order to eliminate the roots, you can disable this service in the service management, refer to the figure below.
