Win7 system double-click can not open the folder but enters the search interface

  

Problem Description: The computer used is Lenovo B420, the Win7 Ultimate system is installed, and the folder cannot be opened in Explorer or “Computer” The double click of the mouse does not open the folder but enters the search interface.

Solution:

You can recover by modifying the registry, and solve the problem that Win7 system can't open the folder by double-clicking.

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Press the Windows logo key + R key combination on the keyboard to open the “Run” program, as shown in Figure 1:

2. In the "Run" window, enter regedit and click "OK", as shown in Figure 2:

3. In the Open “Registry Editor" window, expand HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\Directory\\shell sub-health, and delete the find sub-key under the shell column, as shown in Figure 3: Br>Figure 3 Delete the find item

4. In the pop-up “Confirm Item Delete” window, click “Determine”, as shown in Figure 4:
