How to change the sound scheme for Windows 7

1 Start - Control Panel 2 Control Panel - Sound 3 Click the Sounds tab 4. In the Sound Schemes list, click to Use the sound scheme and click OK. Tip: To feel a sound solution, click on it. In the Program Events list, click a different event, then click Test to hear how each event in the scenario sounds. 5. In the Sounds list, click the sound you want to associate with the event, then single Click "OK". 6. If the sound you want to use is not listed, click Browse to find it. To change multiple sounds, follow the steps above, but after clicking each sound, click Apply until you are done. All the changes you need, then click OK. Note: To preview any sound in the Program Events list, click the sound and then click Test. When you change one or more event sounds, a new sound scheme is automatically created with the same name as the current scenario, but the word "(modified)" is added. For example, if the current scenario is a sonata and you change one or more sounds, the new scheme is called Sonata (modified). The original sound scheme is retained with its original name.
