More than 2000 Win10 users voice: Edge is not good enough!

Computer Store News: Microsoft officially launched a new browser Edge with Win10 to replace Internet Explorer, which has existed for nearly 20 years. Edge adds a lot of new content, including new engines, new features and new UIs. However, many Windows 10 internal participants believe that it is still "not the final version".

In the Windows 10 feedback app, more than 2,000 Windows 10 internal participants reported to Microsoft that the Edge browser needs to be further improved to make it a good browser. Currently, the Edge browser is really not perfect, only has basic functions. Although it provides useful commenting options, it is useful for users who want to make comments on web pages, but it still lacks some key features, such as saving the comment page as a screenshot.

One of the main features is extended support, which further enhances the Edge browser's compatibility with other browsers. Microsoft is adding Google Chrome extension support to the Edge browser, meaning that you can install the Google Chrome plugin on the Edge.

After adding extension support, users can also download all Edge extensions from the Windows Store, and these plugins are verified before they are released. Extended support for Edge is expected to be available in the next few months, most likely in October, as part of the Windows 10 update.

Note that if you find some pages in the Edge browser that cannot be opened and you need to jump to Internet Explorer, type about:flags in the address bar to enter the Developer Settings Center and put “ Use the Microsoft Compatibility List to remove it!

Although Microsoft has already greeted this issue in advance, it may be added in the Win10 functional update released in October, but users are still a bit disappointed. Therefore, the basic browsing function's "hard" " & "signature" features imperfections, resulting in users seriously dissatisfied with this popular browser.
